The RECRUITid Mission

The RECRUITid Platform and AIRband were created out of frustration with the current college athletic recruiting process, specifically at camps. We noticed athletes giving paper cards to coaches with their stats and contact information, and believed there was a better way to share information with coaches then leaving them with a stack of paper at the end of the day. So we went to work seeking a technology solution to do just that... the AIRband! With the AIRband and RECRUITid platform, athletes can now share their information instantly on the go, and there was no longer a need to print bulky and expensive cards that had to be redone every time they wanted to update a stat or achievement. Athletes are now able to be instantly downloaded into a coach’s phone and allow the coach to access their contacts, highlight videos, or social accounts at the touch of a button right from their individualized digital player card. This also helps coaches to follow up on their stand out athletes, and not leave camp with a bunch of paper that most likely ends up in the trash.

It is important to note that RECRUITid is not a recruiting service and we do not charge athletes exorbitant fees with the false promise of special attention from college coaches. Instead, we believe that the athlete is in control of the four pillars of a successful recruiting strategy and our goal is simply to assist and empower athletes in this process. We are committed to helping athletes achieve their goals and reach their full potential in their sport.

The Four Pillars of the recruiting process

Talent

You have to be a competitor in your sport. Train, seek feedback, and work on your skills.

Work Ethic

You have to be the hardest worker in the room. This means in the classroom as well.

Character

You have to be the type of person that makes others better. On your team, at your school, in your community.

Visibility

You have to be seen. Use the tools available to get in front of the coaches you want to play for.
