RECRUITid is a digital platform that allows student athletes to
create and share their profile (including interactive contact info
and highlight reels) with coaches and scouts instantly. It can be
updated at any time with the most current information, so coaches
can stay up to date. Pair it with the AIRband, and it can be transmitted
on the go at camps or other in-person events.
What is the AIRband?
An AIRband is a stylish silicone wristband that has been embedded
with an NFC chip that allows players to transmit their player card
digitally right into a coach’s phone.
What if my AIRband gets lost or stolen?
Simply visit the RECRUITid Store and order a new band. We will sync the band with your profile
and ship it directly to you.
What if my AIRBand gets wet?
The AIRband is sweat and water resistant, so you never have to take it off!
What age do you recommend athletes start using the RECRUITid platform?
We recommend that our athletes create their RECRUITid profile in Junior High,
and pair it with an AIRband as soon as they begin attending athletic camps.
Most major colleges have a Junior High age group camp, and early exposure can
be key in the recruiting process.
How will RECRUITid get an athlete recruited?
We won’t. RECRUITid is an athlete information platform,
not a recruiting service. We believe that there are several
factors needed to get recruited by a college athletic program:
Talent; Work Ethic (on and off the field); Character; and
Visibility within the athletic program. We can help set
athletes apart with visibility in the program, but there is no
service that can guarantee an athlete is recruited by a college program.
